I had to email customer service for help because of the differences in sizing between USA & UK and was not correctly advised. I told them I was UK size 6 and did not know the American equivalent. I changed my order to 7 but this is too small.

I purchased a pair of boots for $***. I never spent that much money on a pair of shoes. I have been having a lot of problems with an arthritic ankle and thought this might help. It is the most comfortable pair of "shoes" I have ever had and these boots are a wonderful pleasure after walking painfully about for the past year or so. I can now really jump up and down with joy!

I was very pleased with the service part of taking and fulfilling my order in a prompt manner. I wish the site would provide more information describing what makes the Lynco L405 different from the L425. It does mention the difference being one is for medium and the other is for low arch, but what if your problem is that your arch has become low and you would like to raise it. I bought the L425 because I thought it would be helpful, but I wonder if I should have gotten the L405. These insoles are pricey and not readily available in brick and mortar stores. I would have liked to been able to try both the L405 and L425 on to make a comparison before purchase or read a better description of their difference. Does one have more arch material than the other? My foot problems are as a result of my arches becoming too low, does one get support for low arches to keep them supported where they are, or does one get something to lift the arches? The L425 that I bought have provided comfort and support. I don't know if the L405 would have provided more. I guess I'll wait til I have the money again to try and find out or maybe the website descriptions will be enhanced in the meantime.
