This is the second order i\'ve placed in the last 6mth - was very happy with my first purchase. I\'m very happy with your range only wish more sizes were available in the styles i choose, would purchase more items if size were available. Great on-line store.

GOOD PRICING
Very straight forward and easy to navigate! I had to return an item due to size...contacted customer service and had a great experience and my problem was quickly resolved. In this age of rush, rush could'nt care less attitudes it was very refreshing to find a customer service agent who was really concerned about me being satisfied. Keep up the good work!
Don\'t know how you ship your product. We live in Carefree. Az. Which has only P.O. Boxes. If you ship UPS or Fed Ex then the shipping address is the street address. Hope I receive the order as it was not made clear to me how you would ship the order.

It was very easy to buy shoes. I have been shocked at how comfortable these arch support sandals are. So, I am very happy with my purchase. AND I have know interest in returning them, BUT I would be like to know about the process for returing for future reference. Is it easy to return? Does it cost to ship back, or do you have a process that's simple like the online store called "Zappos" they make it very easy with no cost for returning. Width of shoe size is a little unclear. I did select for wide in search but there is no confirmation of that in sizing on particular models. A little testing of search selections leads me to assume so but I would prefer to know for sure. Other than that, everything was fine.
Addendum: the sandals arrived on time but, unfortunately, they did not fit so I had to return them. The toe area was far too wide and the toe straps could not be adjusted small enough for me. The ankle strap was much too short to be comfortably adjusted.
Price was not the best, but those who were cheaper were out of stock. Combined with free shipping, that made the choice easy.

Amazing products! I ordered one pair of Archy tooled flip flops...loved them! Ordered my second pair immediately after I tried the first pair on. A little pricey for flip flops but OMG so comfortable!
Easy site to navigate. Should add a "Keep shopping" button. I bought orthotics with price not displayed and it was not obvious how to go back and add items.
I am very happy with my foot up device. It seems pretty pricy, however it wors as advertised!
We were able to purchase the item much cheaper than the prices we were finding in local stores. Also able to find size which was not always available in local store. Delivery time was really fast at no additional charge.

The only thing wrong with this order was the delivery time. Ordered the item on February 28 and received it on March 18 but I must say I am very pleased with the price and the product. I will be ordering from you again!
