This is my first time buying at this site, so I'll know more in a few days. So far, so good.

Delivery took to long!

The shoes are the most comfortable that I have ever worn.The service was wonderful.

I ordered shoes that I have worn for years but am no longer able to purchase in my area. I was pleased to be able to purchase them on line and the price was less than I'd been paying locally. I will purchase from the company again.

Love the orthoheel shoe. They have really helped with my situsation and with having the house-shoes I can now wear this type of shoe at home during the day.

Having more half sizes available would be nice, because ordering up (as was suggested) resulted in shoes that seem slightly too big.

Received wrong size shoe. Ordered 12EEEE and received 12EE.
The return process is hard. Returned by USPS do to I cannot print your requested FED EX label.

Orthotic Shop products are very good for problem feet. It is the first place I check when I need new shoes.

One of the reasons I miss summer is because I cannot wear my orthaheels. I have inherited bunions and finding good sandals is almost impossible. Keep up the good work!
