This site is very overwhelming, so many products and at times the search criteria would not filter properly. I put in for men's shoes and after looking through many products trips off and on to the site I picked a pair and at checkout I realize it's a women's shoe. I had to call orthoticshop for help. When I called they are on EST I'm PST tome so no luck they were closed, delaying the order. Finally spoke to a very nice customer service lady, got the correct item ordered. Shipping took longer then anticipated because it was going across states. Papa is wearing his shoes and he said they were good! Not very informative at 85 but no complaints so we should be good.
Very good. I tried to order these shoes on Amazon and they would not ship them to Guam because of special handling was needed. "Special handling" for shoes. REALLY!
Best insoles by far
I originally bought the wrong size, re-ordered what I hoped was the right size (they were), paid for the expedited shipping as I wanted them for a trip to Boston. Everything worked out perfectly, I wore them walking miles around Boston and they were great, best shoes I have found so far.
I like the shoes and especially the description of the products.
The service was great and the shoes are very comfortable.

Very easy and good price
I ordered some Earth sandals for a wedding I'm going to next week. I have a bad case of plantar fasciitis, so I was worried about what to wear on my feet. The sandals were a great price, and were shipped just a few days after ordering. They not only look great, but they are very comfortable. I should be able to dance the night away!

Encountered some trouble in going back and forth between pages and checking out. Had to re-start/close the page and go back a couple of times due to delay of loading material...almost didn't purchase due to an "error" in checkout- but it went through on my second attempt (if it hadn't I would have walked away!).
Need the shoes but a bit pricey. Seems the arch support in Vionic's is lessening.
It was very easy and straight forward, thank-you for the free shipping.
Pleased with product and the quick delivery.
The checkout process was a bit cumbersome. Once I select PayPal you should quit displaying other payment options.
