The sandals feel great! I need the next size larger. I haven't had a chance to find the proceedure on exchanging them.

As I was shopping, I noticed that the items in my cart increased in price by about 2-3 dollars, so in the end I am paying more than if I would have quickly purchased each item separately upon seeing the initial price. Bummer!

I wish I could have just driven the 15 minutes to Warren, Mich.to pick up the shoes rather than wait two and a half weeks for postal service delivery. But the shoes are great! They look good and feel wonderful! Goodbye plantar fascitis, hello comfort and joy!

It should be clearer as to the sneakers and sandals, as to if they are for higher arches or flat feet. The in soles I ordered and great and They are very helpful, alot of my pain has disappeared.

Price was right, and especially liked free shipping. Good experience. The shoes are a little too big and too wide, so not sure if they will help my sore feet. Will contact customer relations to remedy that.

It was easy for me to look around for the sandals I needed and the check out process was very user friendly.

I wore my new Spenco Yumi Orthotic Flip Flops the same day I received them and they are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever worn. I'm sure I will be purchasing them in other colors in the future!

It went well for shopping here the first time.The only thing I was confused about was the difference in the Klogs I purchased and another pair same color looked identical except the ones pair said they were patent so I hope I got the right ones.
