Size 11 was way shorter than my usual size 11. I sent them back and asked for a size 12.

Great slippers! My feet are always sore except when I wear them!

This was my first experience dealing with the Orthoticshop and I am very pleased. One problem and it is all mine - I must return one pair of shoes due to size - I will correct the size and re-order.

Ok. Just like it should be. Sandals arrived safely and fit as advertised.

The slippers came in whole sizes and ortho heel
Suggested to size down. Too small! I will have
To return them. They need to work on their
Sizes. I have other ortho heel shoes which are 8 1/2
And fit perfectly. 8 did not have the " bump" in
The correct place.

I love my sandals I ordered and almost immediately I felt relief from my plantar fasciitis!

Found what i was looking for. The information provided was just what i needed.

Good experience, but kept asking me for a coupon # could not find it on page. Shoes were a little pricy,and couldn't find where to submit the $**.** rebate, until after order was processed.

I purchased these shoes as a gift for my brother. He wears an unusually large size and needs extra width to accommodate his orthotic insoles. He said the shoes were "phenomenal" and "the most comfortable" he's ever had and intends to purchase more for himself very soon.

Paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days) and received mdse.in 7 days.

I paid for 3 day delivery and they came in 5 days. I realize there was a holiday in there, but there was no indication when ordering that 3 days was not possible. I felt the money was wasted since I did not get the boots in time for what I needed.

And while I like the boots, they are very hard to get on and off, even with the back zipper which was supposed to make it easier.

These slippers are great -- really like the excellent arch support.

I wish there was more choices for the open toed sandals with ankle strap. However, after ordering a pair of shoes there are extremely comfortable and well constructed. Great value!
