I had to try and retry for 2 days to order these shoes. The connection to Amazon and the connection to PayPal were not working. I emailed and I tried live chat to get help. I was kept on hold for 5 minutes and told to email. No response. Here is the code I was given: PSC-***-*****

The product is beautiful. I have to send it back because I ordered the wrong size. Your team has been very helpful to help me resolve the issue before it was shipped but I still received the smaller pair. Your team has been very helpful with returning my shoes so I can reorder the right size. If your team was not helpful I would have returned the shoes and never ordered from your store again.
