So far Your service has been first class - now we will see the most important part... the shoes when they get here.Since I made the first note above the shoes have arrived and are great. As I mentioned in my previous emails this was a insurance claim - hence the "ïnfo sheet" as indicated on my order. This was not received with the shoes - BUT I had put my claim in at the same time I placed my order and they accepted it so I didn't require the info sheet after all - FYI. Thanks again, Grant

Would prefer more black in the men's sizes for CrocsRx Relief
The sizing chart on their website was not accurate. I had to go to the Crocs Official site to get the correct sizing according to inch measurement of the foot. Suggestion would be to offer the measurement of the foot in inches so that correct sizing can be made.
