My order was processed quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the shoes that I ordered.

Overall this experience was great! I did feel the delivery time was a little slow but I definitely would buy from orthotic shop again.

My son so needed some diabetic shoes and we could not ever find any we could afford. So yes im thankful for this site. I just pray they are good shoes as he has neuropathy so bad

I wish I could try these on in a store instead of ordering and sending back those that don't fit.

Wanted answer 2 mens shoe lace up walking shoe x wide 11 style 557-1 disappointed. Could not find.

My order came quickly

I have been happy with my previous orders. However, I found the shoes I received in my last order were uncomfortable and I wanted to return them. When researching returns on the site, I discovered they were not eligible for return! Very disappointed since I now have expensive shoes I cannot wear. Still in the box in the back of the closet, trying to figure out where to donate them.

Arch support not as great as I would have preferred.
