All depends on the shoe. Website it set up great and very easy to use. If the free shipping is to the u.s only, it should be stated so in the advertisement.

The size ordering is a little confusing.
I'm supposing that M 7-? Is male size and the W 9-10 is womans? Other than that it is easy.

Very easy process
I ordered a pair shoes from orthoticshop.com the first time I ever ordered shoes on line. The shoes were not the right size, to tight so I called orthotic shop back to let them know that the shoes were to tight and the lady I talked to was very polite and very friendly she sent me a label to my Email to return the shoes and then asked if I would a refund or if like to replace them with a wider pair which I really hope they fit. Yes I would recommend to my friends and family shop at orthoticshop.com
