I had significant spinal fusion surgery on Tues, May 14,2015, where lumbar joints 3,4, and 5 were fused with two 5" rods and six pedicle screws. I had used a coldrush device for my left knee a few years ago as a followup to knee surgery and decided to see if there was a similar coldrush device for my lower lumbar region. I found there was indeed such a device. I ordered it a few days prior to my surgery and it arrived just in time for me to use when I arrived home from the hospital. The rush of ice cold water around my surgical area gives a pleasurable feeling of relief and is reducing inflammation. It is very helpful and I would recommend to others.

Ordering process was quick and easy. That's why I gave a 5 star rating to "How would you rate your overall shopping experience so far?" (I am just rating the ordering process). I am reserving judgment on recommending the site and using the site to buy again based on when my product arrives and how satisfied I am with the product. Which is why I only gave 3 Stars at this time. Update...I received the orthotic slippers in less than a week, the flip-flops fit perfect and my wife loves them, they provide arch support and provide relief to her plantar fasciitis...I would highly recommend orthicshop.com to a friend...that is why I updated my ratings to 5 stars for all categories.

I was anxious to get a comfortable pair of shoes due to the fact that I had been diagnosed with plantar faciitis in both feet and was in quite a bit of pain. I ordered my Vionic sneakers online on May 7 with a 2-3 day delivery but never received them until May 16. When I tracked the delivery time and found out how long it would take to receive them, I bought a pair of them at a local shoe store. Therefore, I will be returning the ones that I ordered online.

Our order consisted of three pairs of sandels. Unfortunately one pair had the wrong size when we "checked out". We immediately called the customer service 800 number thinking we could speak to someone and update the size. We left a message which was returned the next day only to find out we were too late. The order was process just after we hit the check out key. We we sent the return information which we are processing right now. Once we return the wrong size we will decide if we want to order another pair with the correct size. It was our mistake from the start and will make us recheck future orders before we check out.
