One pair was too tight in the forstep and too big in the heal area. Other pair I am trying to see if I can get used to the additional pad beside the arch - yet to be determined.
Thus far, have always had positive experiences with Orthotic Shop.

Easy to place an order
Cannnot answer the last question till after I receive my shoes I ordered and then if need to return, see how all that goes. If everything goes smoothly, then yes, I would order from this sight again. I guess we will have to wait and see. I just know I could have gotten them from some other website, till I saw the reviews, and turned away from them immediately. Your reviews looked and sounded great. As for a follow up, sure, if you can catch me at home. LOL! You will know if I am not satisfied, and if I am satisfied you will hear that also. Got my order on time in great condition. Needed to do a return, and I was confused, because no paper of my order in the box, so called customer service and a real sweet lady helped me out, and returned what didn't fit. Now I am just waiting to have my refund show up on my credit card. I believe I will know by Wednesday next week if they got it and refunded me. Great place to shop, and the Vionic booties and wedge shoes that I ordered were wonderful, just one pair too small for me hence the return. Recommend this website 100% and will use again.

The shoes (Vionic) I bought this time had to be returned as they did not fit me. I love this site and their service. I own at least 10 pairs of Vionics and this is the first time I have had an issue with the fit. Vionics and Orthoticshop are the best!
