I ordered shoes on 3 Sept 2015. I have only received them on 22 Sept. This is not satisfactory.
Poor service. I do need shoes by Vionic because of extreme arthritis & difficulty with feet & walking & not
Able to find the same quality in Canada. However the Cost is extremely high & delivery is long time & also
Have to pay customs which is all added on to price. Shoes now cost close to $200.00. I am senior with limited income & cannot afford these prices. Probably go back to poor shoes for less money. I am very disappointed because they are great shoes & necessary for comfort & able to walk better.

I LOVE shoes, and since my diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, I am trying to find comfortable shoes for my 12 hour shifts in a busy ER. My question is, can't these be manufactured in more appealing colors? A little more modern and young looking? I understand that the styling may have to be retained in order to help with the fasciitis, but when I wore them to work, people ridiculed them and commented how unattractive they were(and I'm putting it mildly, because some used much harsher criticism). But I explained that if it helped with the pain, I don't mind wearing them. Make them in brighter, more attractive colors and I'll definitely be making future purchases :)
