Had trouble completing the order due to size. Not sure why.
Purchasing shoes for my husband's foot size is a real gamble.

After all this, it is too bad, but the shoes will be returned. As stated earlier, his size is a 12 6E, so it did not seem like these were roomy enough. Thanks for trying.

I liked these shoes because of the sole, being able to go outside a little, not just a bedroom/house shoe.

Shopping is quite easy I would like to rate the entire experience after I receive goods.

So far this has been a pleasant experience shopping with orthotic shop. The boots just didn't fit, too small or too big. Disappointed in that but otherwise all good

Always easy breezy to shop here. However, I ordered inserts from my daughter to be delivered to her address. It took 10 days for them to get to her. I can't understand how it should take that long for a relatively light and small item to be shipped and delivered. Very disappointed as this is not my usual experience when ordering for myself.
