I Had to return Items because they was not what i wanted.
The Propet slippers were very well made and of good quality materials. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't really show the amount of arch support provided by this slipper. After wearing them for several days (inside only and after my shower, etc.) the slipper is not exactly what I was originally looking for. I was hoping to get the Vionic/Orthoheel slipper, but, my size & width were all out of stock. Now, I see that the original Vionic slipper I was looking for is back in stock on Amazon and possibly other sites.
I don't know if you will accept return of slippers since I did wear them. I intend to call to get the specifics.
Your site was very good and hopefully the Customer Service will be the same.

I LOVE my new Vionic slippers! This is the fourth time I've bought them. They are EXTREMELY comfortable - can stand on my feet all day long in them without pain or fatigue. And they look fantastic as well! I even bought a pair for a friend as a Christmas gift... she saw them on my feet at home and fell in love!

Ordered for my wife and she is on her feet 8 solid hours and she takes time to evaluate.so need time to use product.can not do this immediately.would appreciate your patience on this.all I can say so far is very good at this point.hope this helps but if not?
The prompts were really clear and helpful. The coupon was a great bonus. The price was great. I couldn't believe how fast they arrived, they fit, and the pattern adds a little dressiness to what is essentially a rock-solid orthopedic shoe for my fractured foot.
