I am very dissatisfied with your company, I received the item in a good time, but returned them both, one for a refund and the other for a size change. To date I have yet to get either. Will try calling them again tomorrow. BUT I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN UNLESS THEY FIX THE PROBLEM.

For making an exchange,you should explain that you first have to order and pay for your new item so that you have the required new order #. I thought I would just be billed for the difference.
