It was nice to find extra wide orthotic slippers!
The web site for this item did not have a good picture of how to measure the size, the outside of the box however did (so I did not even take it out of the box). Stuff happened in my life and I did not get a return label made in time to return this item for the correct size.
Look at some of the other ankle braces for how to measure them!

This is the second pair of shoes I have purchased and I have to say I love them. I am flat footed and have scoliosis. I have been looking for a house slipper that has arch support and thankfully I have found your website.
First time Buying Direct. I hope the Sandals match up to my standards.
Apparently this style doesn't work for me - love everything about them except rubs the top of one big toe. Read about all the comments saying they ran big so ordered one size smaller & not my usual wide. Feel certain exchanging for larger and/or wider would not fit better.

I noticed they only show great reviews so this one will probably never show up. But in case it does: You must understand, before buying their shoes, that you cannot get a refund unless you have only looked at the shoes. You can't try them on, or wear them. You can't find out if they fit or are comfortable. I guess you have to be psychic and know if they are right for you, just by looking at them. I don't have that ability, so I tried them on. They don't work for my feet, but too bad! No refund or exchange impossible, they said. It is an unfortunate way to do business, and really quite funny in a way. Don't forget that they want you to buy their shoes, and be happy - but Do Not try them on.

I had problems getting to my PayPal site.
I have now received my order but it took 18 days to receive it. It seemed to move much faster after I sent an email indicating the delay.
