Returned item did not ft.

I first received a pair that were too narrow. It was easy to print a return lable and drop them off at UPS. I reordered and had the correct size in just 3 days.

Got the shoes for my 90-year-old mother, so far so good, we probably will buy all the products from the site. This company seems to care about customer service, they followed up with the order and they seem to have a great return and exchange policy.

I was able to find what I think will work for my brother. There aren't many choices in that area and I appreciate your having the option.

I received bad color, fig, boots looked too brown. I want it changed to navy blue please, let kno how.
