Orthotic Shop does a great job with online ordering and delivery.

1st pair of shoes were delivered quickly enough...
2nd pair took sooooo long-- I had to go else wear to buy them & then return the pair when I received them.

I had great service ordering from orthotics BUT delivery was was very long. Where do I ship if need to return.

Feel like my regular shoes that were far less

The site is easy to use and there is a lot of variety. The order took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but it was very well worth the wait! These are truly the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I will be ordering more!

I really want to shop orthopedic shoes, I love and prefer Vionics. Would consider other brands too, but the problem is, I don't get too much of a selection in my 10,5 W size.

Excellent store, great selection, good details for the most part on shoes I was looking at purchasing. Normally I do not like buying shoes I can not handle and try on. So far this has been a good experience. I had to send back a pair of shoes, it was handled with no hassle and then I reordered a pair I am very happy with. I am new at this and my first order was based on my ignorance.

Why did my coupon or discount not work?

Pleased with transaction. Like the shoes & they feel very comfortable, but may run a little small. I ordered my regular size, but the shoes are too short. I'm returning them.

I am very pleased with these slipper. I wear then in the house to help with plantar fasciitis and neuropathy in my feet.

I am re-ordering these because I loved the last pair. I wore them for the entire school year last year. Just need new ones.

My husband is a diabetic. He has very tender feet. These shoes are perfect for him.
They have a feature that is not shown on the web sight. The front of the shoe pulls down and is attached with Velcro. Perfect!
