Great except for difficulty with AMEX card which was not your fault. Prompt from Us side posted 9/27 but Aus Post slower so received order10/10 but still comparable with orders from UK.

Wish there had been comments on the size of the toe box. Assumed Orchid was the same toe box as Rose, since it looks like the Rose, but with two straps. However, Orchid is narrower(compared it to the Rose I have) and cramped my feet, so these did not fit.
Return forms online didn't segue as they should. Very frustrating. 1-800 number didn't work on a Saturday when I was preparing the return package, so no help there.What is a 1-800 number for if not to help working people outside of business hours? Poor service that way. Got e-mail today, long after I had mailed the package back today with another appropriate form I physically had.
In your e-mail of today, poor use of language in labeling customer order priority "Low". Bad PR. Also today's e-mail labeled order labeled as "Pre-Sales Dept." when one would think that a return was post-sales.
