Sizes that I needed were not available for me or my husband. The product arrived on time. The larger size slipper seems to be OK.
Order was not shipped out within 1 business day even though I had paid for it. Couldn't get tracking number, called on the 3rd day. Order never shipped from the warehouse even though they were in stock. They did ship, received within two days but wrong size. Of course it was a Saturday so called and left a message asking to call me regarding wrong size. Will have to call again today3 days later. My husband has bought twice with no problems!
