Easy to shop. I need to return the shoes I love them but the fit is wrong for me. I have a narrow foot and I wear orthotics. I appreciate the service this company provides.

This was my first time ordering from the Orthotic Shop. The good selection of products and sizes combined with competitive pricing and free shipping meant that i did not need to search futher. To top it off, my order came very quickly. A few days later, i set out to shop for something else and the Orthotic Shop had this product as well. No brainer, i purchased from them again! I will definately be a return customer.

Found what I needed. Price is great. Free shipping - can't beat that. Thanks. If I had any complaint at all it would be the "time" it took to receive the order... at least a week. I am used to services like Zappos and Amazon that "get it done" fast. But this is not a big deal.

Great range of selections especially unusual widths

This was an easy to use site. The Klogs are good. Seems my toes rub even though I got medium width. I never wear a wide so didn't order wide. I keep trying different socks to see if that will help. Other than that they are good. Cushion helps on tile floors at work and the non slip is good.
