I was under the impression that these were orthotic slippers. They're not.

I'M SENDING THE SHOES BACK. POORLY MADE. HUMP IN RIGHT SHOE NEAR TOES. LEFT SHOE LINEING
DOSE NOT REACH TOE AREA.THEY ARE WAY OVER SIZED. THE SLIPPERS ARE WONDERFUL.I WOULD ORDER ODER ANOTHER PAIR.
WHAT DO I NEED TO RETURN THE SHOES?
