New to the site, I like it that you have the larger sizes.
Good selection of rocker bottom shoes that are fasionable.
It was very fast.
The website works well. I am using a Form Fit which was provided by my Podiatrist. It fits into my shoes quite well and will be used for my other ankle. The new Form Fit has a new lacing harness which is a great improvement over the old lacing with the hard to find lacing holes and wimpy lacing. My Velcro strap on my new Form Fit is too short to reach and fasten. The concept is good, but for my foot/ankle, this doesn't work. A larger size brace is not the answer. My first Form Fit with the old lacing is too frustrating to put on. The speed lacing comes apart and is useless. The second Form Fit is not usable unless I can extend the Velcro harnesss. Are there any suggestions besides looking for another brand?
The size 9 men's slippers are too small. There was NO information in the shipment about how to execute a return. Can someone please contact me to let me know how to easily do that?

It was easy to find what I was looking for. The product was well-made and fit me, but was not quite as attractive when I put them on as they looked online.
Good prices, web site is tricky to use. Nail Polish is awsome, for guys sheer is less noticeable. I was looking for tinted clear coat, the sheer is better. Purity pink matches my skin color. Great consistency. Can I thin with nailtiques formula fix?
Thx for the great prices. One pair didn't fit properly and the exchange process was easy. Still waiting on the replacement pair. I hope the others fit because if not, I'm not sure how long we have to return them bc they are Christmas gifts, which is a month away

It's previously been great to shop on this website. However, my last order wasn't quite right for me. I'll need to exchange the shoes as they are too big.

Relieved to find shoes at a more reasonable cost than previously paid in Canada. Unfortunately the left shoe is all I need, as the 15-6e is too cumbersome for my unbraced right foot. Would be nice if one could order different sizes for each foot.
Shoes finally arrived today. Unfortunately there was an additional $35.00 charge from customs. I will have to compare the final cost with the amount previously paid from the Orthotic store here to assess whether it is an advantage to order on my own. Perhaps I should buy the products on a visit to the U.S. Thanks for your service. Neil Craig
