There was a code that said I could save 15%. But when I checked out there was a message that said that I couldn't get the discount because there was an item that didn't qualify. I hope your slippers are better than your promises.
I was unsure of what size to order; as I have wide feet and they swell up occasionally. I emailed your company to ask; and someone answered back: that I need to order 2 sizes up. I ordered 2 different pair of slippers, both with Velcro; 1 size up and 2 sizes up. The one of them was way too big and I returned them. And the other was still a bit big but the style made it fit better. Wish you had a better sizing chart. But they do make my feet feel better.

My brother has diabetes and has a hard time finding shoes that help with the pain in his feet. This was so easy and his size was available in several different looks.

Good prices and discount too. Happy shopping experience. My Propet slippers were as I expected, except for the removable insert. It does not hold in place in the slipper but slides and jams up when removing them or putting them on. Propet needs to use a better insert for this shoe, namely one that will stay in place. As for my experience with Orthoticshop, it was fantastic. Thanks.
I bought the Drew Fusion women's shoe in black. They are exactly what I wanted. They do need a little break-in time since the leather is a bit stiff. One morning of shopping should take care of that. They look and feel well made and are quite comfortable.
The USPS Priority 3-day delivery took 7 days, but it's Christmas time and all delivery seems slow. Orthoticshop.com is an excellent website but it lacks how to measure for shoe size. I had to go to another website for that but got it right. The price was great, especially since the shoe was on sale. I will definitely buy from Orthoticshop.com again.
Item is very good but delivery time not so much...a week's time I feel is too long when other online retailers can get your items to you in shorter amount of time.

Love the Vionic slippers I purchased. Good price and fast shipping.
Good except the description of the product I ordered is confusing. The first picture shows a Crocs silver insole which is what I was looking for. You can actually read the word Crocs on the bottom.But the other pictures show Back Joy insoles which don't look exactly the same and in one size for women.
When I received them they were not Crocs but are just about the same thing except you have to cut them to size.
