Overall, excellent service. Products are well-made, substantial shoes--sometimes too unbending for my needs and tastes and sizes do vary a bit from different makers but no charge for returns which is a God send. Products are sent and returned quickly with no fuss at all. Very smooth service! So glad I found this site!
