Came back to site after some early problems and everything went smoothly on the 2nd try.

Easy peasy.

The shoes are for my dad, found by our home health care nurse. He hasn't been able to try them out yet. I have found other products on the site that may be useful. I will be back to the site to look

Very pleased with the shoes and the timeframe in which they arrived. My foot discomfort began to improve after just a couple of days of wearing the shoes.

The quality of this new pair of bionics slippers seems to be less than the pair I currently have that I bought a couple years ago.

Slippers have great support and are very comfortable.

Shipping was super fast and great prices along with a large selection of items, means I'll be a return customer.

The Sandals fit the size of my feet but the straps are a bit small, I am hoping the will stretch.

These slippers were for my husband and he said they were too hard and uncomfortable immediately when he tried them on. He needs more cushioning.

Was good this is my second pair, and I love them. Pure comfort!

Ordering from the US is always more expensive when the exchange rate is so high. Probably will not order through the US anymore until exchange rate comes down substantially

Easy to navigate website and a large variety of styles

The customer service dept could not provide a status on the delivery and said they had to email the warehouse. I asked them to let me know but they didn't. I asked them to cancel the order, but the boot arrived. I would suggest a better tracking system on orders and better communication with customers, i.e. Follow up with the customer when they promise to do so.
