The straps and flaps require more material to adequately secure the foot in both pairs, My original propets were better quality. I am returning the shoes

Postal Shoes I purchased are exact size and were delivered timely. I started wearing my new shoes the very first day.

I received the materials to send back for the custom insoles. It was a simple process. My only issue was that the directions were too dark and unreadable. So, I was not able to follow them. Please create a new document for this purpose.

I received two pairs of shoes for my neuropathy, they were both high quality. Regretfully however, neither one had enough depth for the tops of my feet and needed to be returned. I do recommend this vendor.

Shoes were ordered January 11th 2025 it's now January 25th and tracking information says the Shoes are still in the US? I live in Canada I hope they eventually arrive. There isn't a way for me to follow up when the Shoes will arrive? Tracking says it's waiting for UPS...I just hope I receive them 🙏 eventually... I'll post if I do receive the Shoes for other Canadian's benefits so they can decide if they want to order.
