I like that the inserts are moldable. Simply place in a 200 degree preheated oven for 3 minutes then put in shoe and walk around for 2 minutes. Works great!

Had my size at a good price

The site would not accept my Pay Pal info, which already existed. It took much longer & I had to go to Amazon.

I hope the shoes fit as well as my other pair of Vionic.
