This brace works great and is much more comfortable than the brace that goes into your shoe and up the side of your leg velcroed just below your knee.

I was very UNHAPPY with your delivery. I gave my PO BOX as a delivery option. Yo DID NOT use it. You DID NOT contact me by email/phone for STREET address. It was shipped to the WRONG ADDRESS. Thank goodness that person was honest, and contacted me as to where they could bring the package. I DID eventually get it. I will NOT recommend you, to others.

After wearing the shoes for a 2 hours, I had to take them off because they pinched the outside of my pinkie toe joints. It will take some time to stretch them out naturally, but I'm confident that eventually they will feel the same as my old white ones.

Your customer service was good. However the shoes don't work for me - they don't fit and are not comfortable so I must return them. Thank you for checking!

Was looking for bunion comfort...had to purchase a covering for bunion & still was uncomfortable.
Not the shoe's fault, but gave them away.

I appreciate having a place to order stylish footwear that is good for my feet. At my age I can't wear just any shoe or sandal comfortably, but I certainly don't want to wear ugly shoes! You have a great selection to choose from!

Checkout was a little cumbersome. It took 3 attempts to finally get it to go through. I'm sure it'll be easier as I familiarze myself with the site. Definitely would use again. Thank you!

Though I really liked the style of the shoes I was disappointed to find that they did not meet my orthotic support needs. I only paid such a high price for the shoes because I believed they were orthotic support shoes. I would liked to have read that in the description of the shoe and seen it in the diagram/pictures. I took a chance because it was an orthotic shoes "store". Now I must return the shoes.

orthoticshop.com can be hit or miss on prices. Generally it is the lowest! But not always. I found this out when they did not have what I had previously ordered, and was forced to find it on another site. There, at that time, it was on sale and in stock with free no minimum shipping. Now I use orthoticshop.com as my first stop, but still check prices, on other sites.
