Shopping was easy however, the color and slipper size that was requested was out of stock. We had to settled for a different style and color.

My husband is wearing his new Ortho shoes and absolutely loves them. He has been having lots of problems with his hips, knees and feet. He says he hasn't felt this good in years. He thanked me for telling him about your product.

Wish there was more options

I like the Active Orthaheel orthotic inserts. They are the best ones I've ever purchased. Other shoe inserts have hurt my feet and was unable to wear them even with trying to break them in. This pair has been good and I can wear them standing and walking.

Delivery was fast.

My overall shopping experience was very good. The customer service department was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. The slippers were delivered when promised... the only negative is that I did not receive a return label.
