Fast easy process

As this is my first ever online order I am unable to rate this experience higher

Found shoes I wanted. I bought a pair of these shoes a few years ago and loved them. I was very happy that this pair, in size ten, is exactly my size. I have them on now! I like the shoes so much and am so pleased not to have to adjust the size that I am also very pleased with YOU!

Great prices and variety. Good quality. The boxes were damaged and the outer box was smashed and had a large hole in it, but I assume it was the post office.

I don't find your website very user-friendly. I thought I might have to return one pair but couldn't click on the item online to return it - I kept getting a message that I didn't have access for that resource. I gave up and decided to just keep the shoes even though they are too big.

I do have to return the shoes because of fit. I am in process of printing a return address label. Thank you.

Good experience but had a little trouble at checkout. Over all a good shopping experience. I ordered a size 8 and I would not want them any bigger. I normally wear an 8-9 in shoes. I hope this will help others in deciding what size to order.

Good shoes an above excellent delivery and service

The shoes seem to be well made. My only problem is that with the OluKai style they caused my feet to cramp up after wearing for a short while. The first style I ordered ( the Tide II) didn't hurt like the OluKai. At first I found the OluKai very comfortable with the soft foot bed that kept my foot from sliding, but then the cramping started and I knew I couldn't continue to wear them. Too bad because I really liked them.

I was never sent my 10% coupon code.
I found it a little hard to navigate site to just look at the shoes too much other info for my liking

I'm wearing your slippers now and I am so pleased with them. I love them! I found your site extremely easy to navigate and I have already recommended it to several women I know who need orthotic support.
