Shopping, fine. Signing into my account, stupid! Wouldn't accept password. Went through process to change password, wouldn't accept it again. So I gave up. Aggravated, my order did not get put towards points on my account. Ugh!
I had left the website with merchandise in my cart. I received a reminder email which is fine, but then shopping from that point was a little strange and awkward, probably my error. This is my first order so time will tell if I will become a regular customer.
Received my order. My Drew sandals are a tad too short and one of the decorative buttons fell off as soon as I picked up the shoe. I was able to reattach it but I'm not sure if it's secure. I am going to return that pair.

Offered me a savings coupon. When I entered the number it would not take it. The item ordered, to correct dropped foot, does not stay in the shoe. Will try to use it but may be returning for something better.

It is frustrating trying to use the discount, without going through the application process.
Everything was as expected.
It's so nice to find socks that are as suitable as compression stockings. They were easier to put on and they helped with circulation and swelling in my legs. Don't think twice if you need these. I find that the material and colors they give you to choose from, are a bonus.
