Follow up: Now that I have them, the width is good and the medium might have been too narrow. However, since they are wider than my old pair, so far I have slipped off them to the side twice. Need to walk with more intention and get used to the fit.

I love the Telic shoes. I have 3 pair. They are the best for my feet. I can wear all day and my feet feel great. My order came very quickly.
The first time I tried to order the 10% coupon that I was just sent did not work. When a second coupon was sent it worked but I kept getting bumped out when I tried to pay through PayPal. I was persistent and after going to many screens was able to use PayPal. Very frustrating!
Product came very quickly. Sizes are true and comfortable! Have Plantar Fasciitis so know I will order from this company over and over again. They just need to work on their site functions.
