Have been looking for a pair of these shoes for husband but no local store had them. He loves them as they give him the support he needs for his flat feet. Current sandals are 4-5 yrs old and still look good but are separating at insertion to bottom soles. He is very happy to order them. Thank you for a great product.
However, shoes were sent from amazon and on amazon receipt it said women's but shoes were men. Some concern initially.
I am glad to find a sandal in the double wide size, but it would be nice to use the customer code that was given. Also I would like to find this type of fit in an extra wide shoe without it looking like a boot (the shoe fits too high on the person's foot). It would be great if you could help.

Irdered 2 sizes because wasn't sure - but they do run big. Usuall always 7.5 in sneaker but they were huge, evdn the 7 is a little big so verdict is still out as to whether I will keep them. But yhey are cute.
Easy to shop for a wide variety of choices and sizes.
The sandals are very nice, but I had to return then and buy a larger size. Shipping cost to and from Canada are very high.
Everything turned out fine. I used to order from Orthaheel so was not sure if the product was the same but they were so I am satisfied.
Several shoes I wanted weren't in stock, but otherwise,very good selection and reasonable prices. Nice people too! I'll definitely check back!
The boots were a gift for my father who is not an online shopper and I'm pleased to say he was very happy with the feel, comfort and color of the boots. We still have to give the boots a trial run to see whether or not it alleviates his foot pain, but overrall, we are very happy with the purchase and would purchase again.
Problem was with code they flashed on screen - 10% off order w/code OS******* - it was not taken off.
The Orthotic shop had the exact shoe width, size, & style I was shopping for for my mother. The price was better than the malls. The shipping cost was free & fast! A pleasure to do my business with this company!

I love their shoes, right now comfort is my priority and I'm happy that they meet our needs. I suffer with plantar fasitis. Without these shoes I probably would have to walk "barefooted". However, I wish I could purchase more, but the prices are exorbitant, but they are worth it., so when I purchase a pair I wear it "down to the wire". Right now I have two pairs marked for purchase. Once again, I'm grateful for the comfort and relief that you have provided to my feet. God Bless!
