I was also attracted by your free shipping and exchanges. My package actually arrived a day early. I am happy with the product and am still trying to get used to the slippers. The only negative is that I expected more padding. My feet are getting old and losing natural padding so I am looking for more cushion.

I have ordered the bionic slippers before and they are not as arched as they used to be. I have flat feet and the arch support used to be higher than it is now. These are almost flat.

Your search function brings up items not available in the size the search is for. Periodically your screen defaults back to the beginning as you look at items and you have to start all over again. I don't understand the difference between "ground" and "standard" shipping and saw no place to look it up.
It was a bit difficult getting the sandals I actually wanted, however I survived. If the sandals are well made, then I will purchase additional shoes

I am a returning customer and have been very satisfied shopping at the Orthotic Shop. If the shoes don't fit there is no hassle returning them and no additional expense. They have many styles in the brand recommended by my podiatrist that is hard to find where I live. I ordered Vionic Larrun in black and because they were out of the ivory I also wanted, I ordered from another company selling through Amazon. The ivory shoes fell off they were so large but the black ones from this site fit as expected. Same shoe company, same size ordered but expensive postage to receive and send back. I will only order from the Orthotic Shop in future and just check their site more frequently.
Fine overall. The interfacing with Paypal was a little puzzling. I hope my order went through & that I'm not billed twice.
The shoes I ordered arrived as expected, and were in great new condition. I LOVE the shoes I ordered! I do wish you had better sale prices, but you folks have to stay in business, too.

Love my new flip flops. Very comfortable and adorable. Took one size smaller than i usually wear so they run big.
Overall experience was excellent however, I had to return the entire order because the shoes did not fit right.
Has everything you could want
I have never spent so long on ordering to small items. Your ordering site is difficult to maneuver. I kept getting emails with "coupon" numbers and finally decided to try it. I kept getting notices that the coupon was not valid---try this one---which I did twice and had to add my mailing information Three Times (each time that I was given another coupon code to try). Hopefully, I will get the product ordered.
Addendum: I received my order but the slippers and inserts were too big. I talked with a very nice lady, Shelly?, I think. She took care of this for me and I hope to receive the smaller size soon.
