They kept me very well informed by email every step of the way from when I first placed the order all the way through to literally being delivered on my doorstep! They even included a Norton shopping guarantee for my order for free! Definitely recommend to everyone for very high quality shoes that relieve foot pain. I suffer from severe pronation and plantar fasciitis and my feet felt better the instant I put the slippers on. I love that I can change the insoles of both of the men's and women's Orthofeet Orthotic slippers I bought... I think that will help them to last a lot longer.
