Shoes slip off the heels. A little narrow, as well.

I was excited to receive my order as for the past two years I've been wearing post surgical boot on one foot, post surgical shoe on another. As someone with diabetes, and neuropathy, I was almost afraid that the shoe that I would purchase would not meet my needs, however they were SPOT ON!

I hate ordering on line because I can not try them on. I think I ordered a size to big. But I can live with it. I will just go to the ortho show department stores here in town.

Fast delivery but it was left on an uncovered front porch when it was raining. The shoes were not wet but the box was. I like the shoes and I will likely order again from your company.

I wish there was more selection in 12 narrow. I was waiting to get paid to buy Cairo in black in 12 narrow, but by the time I got paid, that shoe was no longer available. I had some difficulty trying to apply the coupon code. Other than that, I am happy that Drew offers orthotic shoes in 12 narrow.

My shoes were delivered earlier in the day on Wednesday, which was very nice! I was very pleased!

This shoe did not fit even tho I ordered a larger size than what I normally wear plus I ordered XX-wide. The strap was too short and they were not deep enough. I have a short, wide foot with a high instep. I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit. I have ordered and had to return many shoes so this time, rather than returning the shoes, I took them to a shoe repair shop to have them stretched.

Most of what I'm interested in is out of stock. I am always looking for wide choices. I wish there were more of them. Please encourage those that provide shoes to offer wide selections.

Easy and inexpensive

Had to call customer service because the discount code I was given did not work and the representative was very helpful and gave me a new code.
The orthotics I received are not as firm or sturdy as I had hoped. Because of the material and construction, I think they will flatten out with the weight of my foot on them.

Have worn Vionic Slippers (and shoes, sandals, etc) for years due to plantar fasciitis in both feet. Vionic has the only footwear that doesn't cause, and actually relieves, the pain in my heels. Love my Vionics!

Only ordered them so dont know much beyond that.
