I am a first time shopper at your site. I was ask to survey which did not make sense since I did not get my order yet. Looking back, I guess the survey is asking about the initial buying/shopping for the item before receipt of final product. That confused me as most sites ask after you receive the item because no matter how the site appears if the product received does not get delivered or is very inferior from what is described, you cannot rate the shopping experience.
Recently I had to get custom orthotics & was needing to find a Winter boot that would accommodate the orthotics. The Propet Madison Ankle Lace is a good choice.

When ordering I made a mistake and had a hard time rectifying it.
These are the best insoles. Make sure u buy these bc some that look the same are not. These have a black bittom layer that is more supportive than another. Ersion that looks like a cardboard color on bottom.
I don't heat them up bc then they flatten out at arch
& I need that support for my 'high arch'.
I get pain in ball of foot and may have planter fascitis: these are the only insoles that stop that pain.
I put them in all my tennis shoes & ski boots.

I'm not sure if the boots fit right, and I didn't receive a return policy with the order, so I'm not sure how to deal with that. The boots are cute and warm but I'm uncertain they're right for me, especially with a $74 price tag

Product as described
The shoes did not fit so I requested a Return Authorization which I received immediately. The shoes were returned the next day, and I have already received my refund.
My discount code was not accepted, though the expiration date for OS-******* is not until November 19. Annoying. Shoe ran smaller than other shoes of the same brand, which caused me to return them at my expense.
Shopping cart was a bit hard to see...couldn't see sizes, and had trouble therefore knowing which item to delete when I accidentally got to many items in my cat

Every order made was exactly as you stated, and the shipping is quite well. Orders come a day earlier than date to receive and in great shape (thank you for using FED EX on every order you provided; I know the cost is NOT charged as much as you usually would pay anywhere else.)
Also, prices are very fair with the quality given. Not only do you give fair pricing, you give discounts on top.
The products are a little pricey but hoping they help. So far so good.
Good website, easy to use unlike many others. Upon receiving the slippers, I checked them out and they look very comfortable and durable. Will be a nice Christmas gift!
