Great shjoes!
The slippers arrived promptly but are too small so I will be returning them.
I mistakenly ordered 8.5 WIDE, I did not mean to order wide. The box and receipt went out into recycling before I realized they were too big.
Any suggestions?
Need too return slippers, definitely not the size that i needed, large size states 10.5-11.5 can't even get them on & i wear a 10.5 - 11 depending on the make of shoe or boot that i wear daily

I had some concerns about sizing and delivery and both were answered by customer service rep. Danielle at X 105 via email. If product is too large or too small, can I return for exchange?
The main zippers on the boots were difficult to move up and down but I was given good advice and used the suggestion offered of either Windex or lip balm to be able to move the main zippers and it worked perfectly. I am totally pleased with my boots and have already worn them outdoors. This coming weekend we are expecting snow in NY City and feel confident that I my feet will be toasty warm and I will be safe to walk in them.
Shoes are just as described and look like they will be very comfortable. They were bought as a gift, so haven't been tried or tested to see how they hold up yet.
Great price, only problem was post office did not scan package so there was no tracking information until the package showed up but that is not the fault of the Orthotic Shop. They sent me the tracking number same day I ordered the item. Also when I called and asked them about the tracking number they had great/prompt customer support!

The website is a bit confusing...esp. The availability and the "coupon code" availability, but otherwise, fine. Disappointed that the shoe I really wanted is not available in my size.

It's was as expected
Was very easy to navigate and order product. Wish there were a few more choices available. Love the product though. It has done the trick.
