I had an error the first time I tried to submit, corrected the error, and pressed submit again. At that point, nothing happened so I finally just took a chance in submitting a third time, afraid of a double order.
Also, I had conflicting FedEx delivery information. They tried to delay delivery twice, and I contacted the seller to see if any other delivery method was available for future orders. Shannon, in customer service (ironically), first tried not responding to my delivery question, then was short with her answer when I pointed this out. All in all, a 'meh' experience. I think I will pay full price at Vionics before I go through this again.
Checking out with PayPal appears flawed. Usually simpler in my experience. I had to do it twice. Also the feedback loop for putting in the discount code was flawed too. Needs some improvement in that regard. Otherwise fine.
