I ordered a pair for my grandson and we liked them so much that these are for my husband.

The slippers I ordered (for comfort when suffering from plantar fasciitis) were just as described, very comfortable and with good support. They arrived on time. Outstanding customer experience.

I received my order before Christmas so I was happy with that but half of my order was wrong. I ordered black slippers (which the ticket reads) but I received pink ones instead. So now I have to send my mom's gift back and I HATE having to return stuff!

Your web site made me try multiple times to place what should have been an easy order. You have very little selection in many sizes. Frustrating!///Now that the order arrived, I got the right shoe but in the wrong material. It's black. It's not worth the exchange hassle. I am looking for a shoe store in my area that sells wide shoes so I do not have to order on line. ///Another issue is there is no box to check on your web site to receive an automatic alert when products are back in stock. Why? Very easy to make extra sales.
