Interesting product. Trying it for the first time.So far so good.

It's so difficult buying shoes online. I purchased these slippers because they have an arch support. However, I wasn't aware that the combination of material and size would mean that I could barely get my foot into them. I'm thinking about trading for a larger size, but don't want to spend the next 2-3 months trying to get a good fit. I will either return them or exchange. This will be my first experience with Orthotic Shop.

Not delivered when promised. Overall delivery time was fine, however not when stated.

I bought these shoes for my 86 yr old mother & she hasn't tried them on yet but they appear to b made w quality! One of the pairs I thought had velcro but has buckles instead & probably won't work for her but the other pair might work& r really cute with a small white flower on top & r velcro! So glad they offer 6 ww shoes since their hard to find! They r always so good to exchange/return until we get the right shoes!
