EVERYTHING IS OK SO FAR.
Best shoes I've ever owned. Had a surgery so I had to get another pair in a bigger size. I'm so thankful that I found a place that sells orthotic shoes in my size. I love that the heel part is adjustable (in case I ever have a swollen ankle problem) and that the insoles can be removed and replaced, and that they still look fashionable! They're very durable, long lasting, and versatile shoes. I wish they were cheaper but overall they're not too bad considering what they are and that I wear a size 16.
You had what I needed which is more than any other place.

I just received these shoes. They are so light you can hardly tell they are on. The arched supports are so comfortable you can wear them all day... also I stand up better, and my back never hurts me any more.
The website is clear and easy to follow. The product and price can't be beat. I previously used the Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Orthotics, which I purchased for $40 for half as much support. My brother told me about your product, it provides complete support at a more affordable price. I will recommend it to anyone who asks.
I absolutely love Orthoheel sandals. I've been wearing them for years. However, with the us exchange rate and the high cost of shipping, I don't order as much anymore. I can sometimes get them on other sites that offer free shipping, which really helps me with my budget expenses. I would have bought at least 3 to 4 pairs on your site but when I figured out the exchange and I saw the high shipping costs, I reduced my order to only 1 pair.

I love my slippers! I would order again! I may look at your other products! The only issue I had was with the shipping. I'm not sure if they were closed the week between Christmas and New Years but I thought the shipping was two day priority and I ordered on December 26th and received my order on January 3rd. I'm not sure if this was a USPS issue or not. Would have just liked to have known it was going to take extra time to get out! I was so excited to receive the slippers and kept checking for them!
