This was the first time I ordered from orthotics and it went well. My only complaint is that it is very time consuming to complete the return process. Unfortunately I did not keep what I ordered. Other companies include the return label inside the box but with orthotics you had to contact the company and reprint it on the computer.
The website was easy to use; the free shipping is a plus as was the first time user discount. The delivery time was good also.
The sandals aren't as comfy as I had hoped. My plantar fascitis is very painful & these aren't the comfort I was going for.

Hoping my hard to find comfortable shoes is solved with this purchase. I used to wear this type of shoe when much younger. At 73 feet have spread so hoping this will be perfect
I received the shoes and I was hopeful that they would fit comfortably, but I just can't wear this shoe or any others I have tried because of my big toes. Alas, guess I will stick to what I have been wearing for years, the Vionic open toe, no heel backing slide. This is the only shoe that seems to fit and be comfortable for hours.Sure wanted a pretty shoe like these. I need to return these shoes for credit, please.
