The item is just as ordered and I'm so glad the slippers finally arrived. They were scheduled for delivery on Friday to be given as a gift and unfortunately did not arrive until Monday. Deeply disappointed with UPS delivery after many follow up calls but the product itself is perfect.

This was the first time I ordered from orthotics and it went well. My only complaint is that it is very time consuming to complete the return process. Unfortunately I did not keep what I ordered. Other companies include the return label inside the box but with orthotics you had to contact the company and reprint it on the computer.
