Purhased one pair of Classic Walkers 7 1/2 Wide - were too tight - returned and was told to try next size up - Which I did 8 Wide is still to tight - tried to return and can't find the order to get approval to return - placed another order for Same sneaker in a different color - thinking they would be good - they are too tight too...

Have ordered this shoe previously and have worn for several years. I cannot find a shoe that fits my foot like these shoes. Love them and will continue to order the shoes.

I love your vionic sandals and have ordered many pair. However, I ordered a pair of vionic sneakers and they do not fit right. They said that they were wide width, and the toe box is not wide as I thought it would be. They do not fit right and I want to return them. I need to know how to return a product.

Shoes are just what I needed. Good support for arch and heel. Also approved by my physical therapist for my plantar fasciitis.

We have 125 apts. Here and this package is delivered on time in the building. But was placed on a table for anyone to pick up. Was not put in the LUXOR for only me to retrieve or at my apartment door. Some drivers will put in LUXOR and some not... Either they are toooo busy or not instructed correctly. Now looking for another supplier that handles your product. As I will soon need another pair.

I was so excited to get my footbeds! I immediately opened them and put them in my slippers. I also transferred them to my shoes before leaving for work. I love the support they give me! I think I might buy another pair!

The slippers are of good quality and do not disappoint. I just wish they would come in different heel widths. Narrow heel widths in general seem more and more difficult to find. But these slippers fit well across the middle and come up high enough in the front so they don't feel sloppy on my foot. They give good support and have really good soles.
