Waste of your time and money. Canvas came with missing lines throwing entire picture of. Would not accept a return or exchange for a different picture. $80 down the drain.
Support won't follow up either
I paid for 2 paint by number for my sisters birthday. They sent me a painting of a naked women; when I contacted customer service they said the will resend my painting. It's been 2 months and I haven't received anything. And now when I contact customer support the just keep responding with random tracking number that never change from shipper received info. When I asked for a refund ($140) those emails where ignored
I advise not to purchase from this site it's a China scam!
Scam company please stay away. Ordered a paint by numbers kit from them and they kept saying USPS does not have a tracking number.
Paint by Numbers and Numeral Paint used the images of my original paintings to create kits without asking for a license. Please refrain from supporting these thieves.

Decided to try PBN. Usually order through Amazon, with a rolled canvas that's in a nice sturdy box-which is included in the seller's original packaging…this is before it's put in another box by Amazon, and then mailed. This wasn't the case. The company claims they're in NY, yet their product ships from China…. BY BOAT! It took weeks to get to me, and when I tried to contact them multiple times during my wait, their phone number and website didn't work. FF to when I finally received my product. It wasn't shipped with anything protecting the edges. No box or hard cardboard. The edges were completely ruined and wrinkled, and the paints were halfway dried up. There was also no sample pic to use for reference when painting, as all other sellers have included. When trying to reach out for a refund, and to explain what had happened, I got no one and nowhere. This company is a fake and they're scamming people. DO NO BUY FROM THEM! Worst experience ever!
I complained multiple times requesting money back from items that were never delivered, and they give you some rubbish about how theyve reshiped them and you have to wait for it never to arrive AGAIN, so yu can complain again and repeat the process. Do not spend any money with these people - thei money back guarantee is absolute BS.

Stay far away from this company! Huge scammers. I should have read reviews sooner, and now I'm out nearly $30 and lots of headache. I ordered on March 8 and it arrived Sept 10. I was charged twice, all of my emails to reimburse were replied to with an automated pandemic-related excuse why they couldn't properly help me. AND THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM! I will be a claim filing with paypal to at least get half of my money back. BUYER BEWARE; their site is deceiving and their products are crap.
I ordered April 1st and my complete order arrived sept 1. It was exactly as advertised. Quality seems good. I got what I ordered and will be doing over Christmas what I was going to do during covid.
After ordering twice from them, no product was ever received. When filing a Paypal claim, the send me a fake tracking code. No customer service available. DONT ORDER!
I put an order for mother's day gifts, never happened but they kept the money and never answer emails. Stay away from them!
New York address is a SCAM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE - Order sat UNFULFILLED x 1 month! I cancelled the order by email (BECAUSE THERE WAS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM!) And ordered from another company. I contacted Paypal to get a refund and THE DAY IT WAS TO BE RESOLVED BY PAYPAL and my money was supposed to be refunded, they MAGICALLY FILLED THE ORDER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORIGINAL PAINT BY NUMBERS!
This site may not be dangerous to you physically but it certainly might endanger your bank account. I ordered a painting from them a month ago and have not received anything, not even a delivery update. No response from them. Their phone number is constantly busy and when using the link for your order info, you're taken to a page that no longer exists. Need I say more?
