After reading all the reviews I was really concerned that this company was a scam. I ordered from this website https://originalpaintbynumber.com/ and received the order within a week to Hungary. I haven't started the paintings yet so I don't know what quality they are yet but the prints look good and once was personalised and it still came in this short timeframe. I don't know why every review is negative or whether I was just a lucky one but everything seems good to me.

I had emailed this company multiple times on the status of a late order and for them to finally refund my money. This company IS A SCAMMMMM! The only response I would receive were automated ones - stating " if you have placed an order, received a purchase confirmation, but did not receive a shipping confirmation: your order was acknowledged and will be processed as soon as possible. Your tracking information will be sent to your email within 2 to 4 weeks upon shipment. This backlog is due to an unusual higher volume of orders being placed." I had tried calling their 833 number... nope. NOT A LEGIT NUMBER! I had to wait over 8 months for my order! WTF? When I just wanted to cancel and refund well into the 3rd month of me waiting. I can't bieve this company is still up and running.
One other thing... when emailing to *******@originalpaintbynumber.com. - that's not who emails you back... you receive the automated response from this email instead - *******@dropshipshop.zendesk.com. SHADY AF!
