This is a TOTAL SCAM! They never reply with anything other than the same automated response to every single email. Additionally they cannot be contacted on the telephone number published on their website. I spent $74.95 for my daughters birthday on an order which was placed April 2020. It's not October 2020 and I have nothing - no order and no money
